What is openProd.io, and how does it work?

openProd reads supplier PDFs, spreadsheets, images and pasted text, maps the values to a customer's product data model and hands reviewed products to a PIM such as Pimcore, Akeneo or Ergonode. The vendor, LemonMind, sets it up through a rollout with the customer's own data model and supplier files. It also offers an MCP server and a REST API, with an audit log of changes.
