What is OpenLegion, and how does it work?

OpenLegion lets users describe a team of AI agents (sales, content, research, dev) and deploys each agent in its own Docker container with its own budget and permissions. API keys are held in a vault proxy so agents do not see them. It is offered as managed hosting at app.openlegion.ai and as a source-available self-hosted runtime (PolyForm Perimeter license) on GitHub. It works with 100+ LLM providers via LiteLLM.
