What is CartPilot, and how does it work?

CartPilot, a weDevs product, embeds a conversational sales agent in an online store. Shoppers can type or talk; the agent searches the live catalog, compares products, adds variants to the real cart, applies coupons, and answers shipping, return and order-status questions. It is trained on the store's catalog, policies and uploaded documents. Setup is via a WordPress/WooCommerce plugin connected to the CartPilot dashboard, where merchants configure agent name, greeting, personality, voice and widget colors and review conversation analytics and transcripts. Shopify support is listed as coming soon.
