ParserData: Pricing, Features & Best Use Cases

Document processing platform that extracts data from financial documents into Excel, CSV, JSON or XML, with an API.

Who should use ParserData

ParserData is a practical option for extracting invoice and statement data to Excel or CSV, but you need Business or Corporate for API and JSON/XML. Based on the vendor's documentation, not on a hands-on test.

Best for: Finance and bookkeeping teams

Also a good fit for

  • Developers building document automations

Consider another tool if credit based, one credit per page processed

Or if

  • JSON/XML export and API access only on Business and Corporate
  • Free and Pro plans exclude API access

What is ParserData, and how does it work?

ParserData is an intelligent document processing platform for financial and operational documents such as invoices, receipts and bank statements. It extracts fields and tables from PDF, JPG, PNG and WEBP files, either with AI auto-detection or with a schema you define, through a web UI or an API. Extracted data can be exported to Excel and CSV on all plans, and to JSON and XML on Business and Corporate. The platform also builds reports with charts, AI-generated insights and PDF export, and an API-key based REST API is available for automation tools such as n8n, Make and Zapier.
