What is Fillo, and how does it work?
Fillo is a forms platform designed to be built into products by coding agents or a visual builder. It handles validation, file uploads, responses, versions and delivery behind embedded forms. It offers an SDK, API, embed options and MCP support, plus integrations like Google Sheets, Notion, Slack, HubSpot and Zapier. Forms and responses are hosted in the EU. Built specifically for agent-driven form generation and developer-first usage.

Yes. Free is €0 with no time limit and no card required. It includes every product feature, unlimited visual-builder forms, up to 200 code-defined forms per workspace, and 200 completed responses a month. Subscribe to Everything when you need more responses or want to hide the badge. source (opens in a new tab)
What happens if I go over my allowance?
Your forms keep collecting. Fillo never closes a form or drops a submission because a workspace went over its allowance. At 80% and 100% of allowance, workspace owners get an email and see a note in the app. You're never charged automatically, and your plan never changes unless you change it. source (opens in a new tab)
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly costs ten times the monthly price, so two months are free. Examples: $390/year, $990/year, $2,490/year. The allowance is still counted per calendar month. source (opens in a new tab)
Where is Fillo hosted?
Fillo runs on EU servers, and form responses are stored there too. Uploaded files go to the storage you connect (Google Drive, Box, or S3/R2 bucket) so they are never on Fillo's servers. source (opens in a new tab)
Not verified: Pricing for volumes above 100k/month (contact sales); Enterprise features or custom deployment options.
