abliteration.ai: Pricing, Features & Best Use Cases

OpenAI- and Anthropic-compatible API for unrestricted (abliterated) LLMs with a configurable policy gateway, aimed at red teams and research.

Who abliteration.ai fits

Choose abliteration.ai if you are a security, trust-and-safety or ML research team that needs an OpenAI- or Anthropic-compatible API to a model that does not refuse edge-case prompts, with a policy gateway you control. Based on the vendor's documentation, not on a hands-on test.

Best for: Security researchers and red teams

Also a good fit for

  • Trust and safety and synthetic data teams
  • Developers needing an unfiltered model with policy controls

Consider another tool if free preview limited to a one-credit balance

Or if

  • Plans are subscriptions plus separate usage billing
  • Web search billed at $8 per 1,000 searches on top of tokens

What is abliteration.ai, and how does it work?

abliteration.ai hosts uncensored language models behind an API compatible with OpenAI's Chat Completions and Anthropic's Messages formats, so existing SDKs work by changing the base URL. It targets security red teams, trust and safety, synthetic training data generation, ML research and defense/government workflows that legitimate refusals block. A Policy Gateway lets organizations define what the model may and may not do, monitor or block behaviors, and review decision logs. The console includes a playground, batch and training-data generation tools, API key management and usage billing by token.
