Best Xirp alternatives in 2026 (free and paid)
Xirp is free to download, but the vendor says only that it is free for now. It is a beta, macOS only and not open source. The Portal tiers add more uncertainty: Xirp + Portal Foundations is free for the first 60 days with pricing then not stated, and Xirp + Portal is coming soon. Prices checked on 2026-09-29.
Cursor's Individual (Pro) plan is $20 per month and Devin Desktop (formerly Windsurf) lists Pro at $20; both have free tiers.
