People look past Prodini mostly because of credits. The Free plan stops at 10-20 credits per month, every paid plan is capped (100 on Starter at $35, 200 shared on Team at $79), and heavy users are pushed to Scale at $199. Most use also needs an account, and answers are limited to the content you connect.
Notion AI is the closest fit if your docs already live in Notion: it adds AI for writing and workspace search, and its Plus plan is $12 per member per month, though AI is only a limited trial on that tier. ChatGPT is a general assistant with a free tier; its Plus plan is $20 per user per month and includes projects and deep research. Claude also has a free tier, and Pro is $20 per user per month with Projects and Docs. Neither of those two reads your Jira or Confluence by default, so you give up grounded PRD answers in exchange for flexible usage.
