Teams reconsider ONES.com for a few documented reasons. AI is limited to 20 to 200 credits per user per month depending on plan, paid plans are billed annually in the view shown, and Enterprise needs a conversation with sales. Totals also depend on a team-size selector, so cost has to be calculated rather than read off a price tag.
Notion AI is the lighter, wiki-first option. It has a free plan, and Plus is $12 per member per month ($10 per member per month billed yearly), with 30-day page history; AI is a limited trial in that plan, and it lacks ONES's Gantt and test management. Microsoft Copilot is a different kind of swap: an assistant connected to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, free to start, with Microsoft 365 Personal at $9.99 per month for one person. It is not a project tracker, so it replaces ONES's AI assistant rather than its project and test management.
"Better suited" below is based on documented features and pricing from our verified profiles, not on a head-to-head test. Prices are USD as published by each vendor.
