Best MorningZero alternatives in 2026 (free and paid)

The sharpest complaint about MorningZero is the lack of a permanent free plan: when the 14-day trial ends, the AI stops unless you pay. Extra mailboxes cost $3/mo each, so many accounts add up, and the only prices captured are annual, leaving monthly cost uncertain. Custom or self-hosted IMAP is not supported either.

Microsoft Copilot is Microsoft's AI assistant on web, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, connected to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. It has a free plan and Microsoft 365 Personal is $9.99 per month, which makes sense if you already live in Outlook. Notion AI adds AI to Notion for writing, workspace search, research, meeting notes and agent tasks; it has a free plan and Plus is $12 per member per month. It is an assistant inside a workspace, not a unified multi-mailbox inbox. Both are cheaper than MorningZero Solo at $15 per month billed yearly, though neither does the same job.
