Productivity & writing · alternatives
Flick's limits show up quickly if you use it heavily. The free plan allows one inbox and 5 AI drafts a month, Pro caps at 3 inboxes and 200 drafts, and the iPhone subscription costs more than the web plan for the same tier. Another listed drawback is that the Gmail OAuth scope is broader than the current features, so you have to trust the stated restrictions.
Neither alternative in our catalog is a swipe-style inbox. Notion AI adds AI writing, workspace search, research and meeting notes inside Notion; Plus is $12 per month per member and there is a free tier. It helps if your replies and notes live in one workspace. Microsoft Copilot is Microsoft's assistant on web, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, connected to Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook; Microsoft 365 Personal is $9.99 per month and there is a free tier.
Copilot is the closer fit if you already use Outlook, while Notion AI suits people who want drafting outside email.

Flick has a free plan with 1 inbox and 5 AI drafts a month. Notion AI and Microsoft Copilot also have free tiers in our catalog.
The documented reasons are the 5-draft free cap, the single free inbox, higher iPhone prices and the limits on Pro of 3 inboxes and 200 drafts a month.
Notion AI Plus is $12 per month per member. Microsoft 365 Personal, for Microsoft Copilot, is $9.99 per month.
