WorksBuddy One is $19 per seat, but the seat is not the whole bill. AI output uses shared credits that need top-ups, the Evox ($26/mo) and Ranko ($49/mo) agents are separate add-ons, and the Ciao voice agent is priced separately. The site also gives mixed signals: the trial is described as both 7 and 14 days, the billing period for the $19 seat is not clearly stated, and the privacy page returns a 404. If those unknowns matter to you, a tool with clearer public terms is a reasonable move.
Notion AI is the nearest option if you want AI inside the workspace you already write and plan in. It covers writing, workspace search, research, meeting notes and agent tasks, has a free plan, and Plus is $12 per month. Zapier (Professional, $19.99 per month) and Make (Core, $9 per month) are automation tools rather than suites, so they replace the glue between apps, not a CRM or an invoicing module. Both list free plans. Choose them if you would rather keep your existing tools and automate between them.
