With SkillDuck you cannot compare cost before talking to sales. Starter, Pro, Business and Enterprise are all annual licenses quoted personally by team size and course volume, with no price list. Starter courses are limited to 30 minutes and DE/EN translation, and an offer needs a sales call. A 14-day free trial with no credit card is offered on the homepage. Prices checked on 2026-10-02.
Synthesia is an AI video platform that creates presenter videos with avatars and voiceover for business. Starter is $29 a month billed monthly, and a free plan exists, so you can test before any call. Notion AI is a looser fit: AI features inside Notion for writing and searching a workspace, with Plus at $12 per member a month and a free plan, but AI is only a trial on Plus. Neither is described as a course authoring product with the multilingual range of up to 70 languages that SkillDuck lists on Enterprise.
"Better suited" below is based on documented features and pricing from our verified profiles, not on a head-to-head test. Prices are USD as published by each vendor.
