Mindrop is an AI-powered personal assistant for saved links, files and notes. Users forward items to it from WhatsApp, Telegram or the web, and it reads, summarizes and tags the content automatically, grouping related items into AI-created smart spaces called Drops. Instead of browsing folders, users ask the assistant in plain language to find or summarize something they saved earlier, and can set reminders to resurface items. A web dashboard offers a visual workspace and deeper research features. The vendor states that data is not used to train public models and is not sold.

Scenarios are worked out by our editors from the documentation; the actual result depends on your input and plan.

Accepts items sent through messaging apps or the web dashboard. People who collect links and files can save them from the chat app they already use instead of copying them into a separate tool.
Reads each saved item, assigns tags and writes a summary without manual filing. Readers get saved items sorted and summarised without filing them by hand.
Answers questions about your saved material in conversation. Anyone with a large library can ask a question to find an item instead of scrolling or searching by keyword.
Groups related saved items into AI-created collections called Drops. Users get related items grouped into collections automatically instead of building folders themselves.
