ChatGPT is a general assistant for writing, research and analysis with a free tier; its Plus (consumer) plan is $20 per user per month. Claude covers similar ground with free and paid plans, and Pro is $20 per user per month. Notion AI suits you if your notes and meeting records already live in Notion: Plus is $12 per member per month and has a free tier. None of the three is a Mac agent built around your inbox, so expect to do more of the wiring yourself.
