ClaudeUsageBar displays your Claude.ai session and weekly usage limits in the macOS menu bar with real-time updates and notifications. It refreshes every five minutes and alerts at 25, 50, 75 and 90 percent. Setup requires pasting a claude.ai session cookie copied from the browser's developer tools; the README warns the app uses Claude.ai's internal endpoints, which may change without notice.

Permissions and security
What it can access
Stores your claude.ai session cookie and sends it to claude.ai's internal usage endpoint
Security notes from the maintainers
A session cookie grants access to your Claude account; treat it like a password and revoke it by signing out if in doubt
Review the source before granting an agent access to credentials or production systems. We document what the maintainers state; we do not audit code.
Limitations
Depends on internal endpoints that may change without notice
