Trilo is open about being unfinished. It is labelled beta, the Mac app and web are the only clients, and Windows, Linux, iOS and Android are listed as coming soon. There is no free plan beyond the 14-day trial, and the plans jump quickly: Solo is $25 per month but limited to one workspace member, Teams is $120 per month and caps at 10 members, and anything larger needs Ultra at $250 per month. Its AI coworker features also send content to Anthropic, Google and OpenAI via OpenRouter, and you must consent to that.
Notion AI is the obvious comparison for a docs-and-tasks workspace. It adds AI to Notion for writing, workspace search, research, meeting notes and agent tasks, starts at Plus for $12 per month, and has a free plan, so you can test it before paying. Microsoft Copilot takes a different angle: it is an assistant app on web, Windows, Mac, iOS and Android tied into Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams, with Microsoft 365 Personal at $9.99 per month for one person. It does not give you a shared task-and-chat workspace, but it covers the platforms Trilo does not yet.
