T3 Code is free and open source (MIT), but it is a control surface, not an agent: you must bring your own subscriptions to Claude Code, Codex or other agents. There is no pricing page, so costs of optional services are not confirmed, the terms mention an optional T3 Connect service that needs accounts, and nightly channel builds may be less stable.
Cursor is an all-in-one editor with agents, cloud agents and code review; Individual (Pro) is $20 per month, usage-based, with a free Hobby tier. GitHub Copilot offers completions, chat and agents in editors, the terminal and GitHub; Copilot Pro is $10 per user per month and a free option exists. Devin Desktop (formerly Windsurf) is a full IDE for local and cloud coding agents, Pro at $20 per month with a free tier. Claude is Anthropic's assistant for coding and multi-step work; Pro is $20 per user per month, with a free plan. Unlike T3 Code, these bundle the agent itself.
