CartPilot charges by the number of shoppers' conversations. Lite is free with no card required, but its 50 conversations are one-time, not monthly, and it covers one shop. The monthly plans step up by conversation cap: Pilot at $39 per month (1 shop, 200 conversations), Growth at $89 per month (3 shops, 500 conversations) and Scale at $159 per month (5 shops, 1,000 conversations).
Annual billing is listed at $390, $890 and $1,590 per year for Pilot, Growth and Scale, with a promo that brings the monthly equivalents to $31, $71 and $127.
